In order to proceed we will need the following items.

• Photo Id of all principals of your business
• Copy of your company formation documents and operating agreement. If you haven’t formed one yet, no problem—we can assist you with that.
• Business or personal bank statements, 401(k)s, stock brokerage accounts, or similar documents to demonstrate your liquidity.
• Completion of the Borrower and Guarantor application so we can secure your funding pre-approval.

Once we receive this information, We will send you a consulting agreement to formally establish our working relationship and start sending you properties.
